LASER HAIR REMOVAL
The Cynosure Elite™ laser uses both Alexandrite and ND Yag wavelengths to permanently remove hair from all skin types, including darker and Asian skin. This powerful laser comes with a range of spot sizes, making it highly effective for removing hair from larger areas such as full legs, back, and chest, as well as smaller areas like the bikini line, beard, sideburns, upper lip, and face.
During the hair removal process, the laser beam penetrates the skin and targets the hair follicle. The intense heat from the laser damages the follicle and destroys the root of the hair, immediately removing it. This procedure leaves your skin smoother and clearer, preventing further growth without causing injury to the surrounding tissue.
The hair growth cycle consists of three phases - Anagen, Catagen, and Telogen. The Anagen stage is the active growth phase when the hair bulb is intact and closest to the skin surface. This is when laser hair removal is most effective. Therefore, treatment intervals are typically between 4-6 weeks for facial and smaller areas and 6-8 weeks for larger areas. A course of seven sessions is recommended for best results.

PIGMENTATION FRECKLES AND SUN DAMAGE
Pigmentation and sun damage are common skin issues affecting many people. While some pigmented lesions are present at birth, they often appear as the first signs of ageing or insufficient sun protection.
Non-ablative techniques involve removing blemishes and improving skin texture without removing body tissue. This technique uses selective photothermolysis, which targets melanin to clear visible pigmentation in the skin.
The process is quick, and after treatment, the damaged pigmented lesions undergo mild desquamation before naturally shedding from the skin, revealing a clearer, smoother surface. Although all areas, both minor and major, can be treated, darker lesions generally achieve better results due to the depth of pigment. It is recommended to undergo 2-3 treatments for optimal results.

THREAD VEIN - TELANGIECTASIA REMOVAL
Many individuals seek medical or cosmetic treatment for vascular lesions that are often visible on the face and legs. Telangiectasia, also known as broken capillaries or thread veins, is one such condition that can be treated effectively.
Using lasers, these vessels can be treated without damaging the surrounding skin. The laser energy is directed towards the targeted vessel, which absorbs the energy and destroys the broken capillary, resulting in the disappearance of the vessel. The natural appearance of the skin is restored once the healing process is complete.
Facial thread veins tend to heal faster than those on the legs, which could take longer to treat due to their depth and body weight. Although most vascular lesions are harmless, they can progress and become unsightly if left untreated. Cherry angiomas, small benign red or purple lumps on the skin, can also be treated using the same method as thread vein removal.
Typically, two to three treatments are recommended for optimal results. However, the number of treatments required may vary depending on the extent of coverage and the depth of the capillary or vessel. Top-up sessions may also be necessary.
